* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Payette County in southwestern Idaho... Southwestern Washington County in southwestern Idaho... Northeastern Malheur County in southeastern Oregon... * WHEN...Until 300 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1204 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain in the area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.8 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.0 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ontario, Payette, Weiser, Fruitland, Annex, Moores Hollow, Indian Head Mountain, Mann Creek Reservoir and Mann Creek Guard Station. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
