* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Shoshone County in the panhandle of Idaho... * WHEN...Until 830 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 535 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
