La Moine River at Colmar affecting McDonough and Hancock Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...La Moine River at Colmar. * WHEN...Until late Monday night. * IMPACTS...At 22.5 feet, Water affects lower roads around Birmingham. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 20.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.0 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday evening. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
