* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Mason, Peoria, Tazewell and Woodford. In west central Illinois, Fulton and Knox. * WHEN...Until noon CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 513 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible this evening and overnight in the warned area. - Some locations that will
