...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana... White River at Elliston. White River at Spencer. .Major flooding is occurring on the upper White River at Muncie and Anderson. Record flooding is forecast for Anderson. Additional heavy rainfall is possible tonight, and amounts of 1.5 to over 2 inches were included in the river forecasts for the upper White. Locally higher amounts could bring higher crests and longer flooding. On the middle and lower White,rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches were included in the forecast. Moderate flooding is forecast along middle portions of the White, with minor flooding downriver of Indianapolis. These crests could change depending on where the heaviest rain falls tonight. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Elliston. * WHEN...From Saturday afternoon to Friday, August 21. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Extensive flooding of agricultural lands begin. * ADDITI
