North River near Norwalk Hwy R57 affecting Polk and Warren Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...The North River near Norwalk Hwy R57, or from the Madison-Warren County line to the Des Moines River. * WHEN...From this morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water is over Iowa 28 immediately south of Norwalk and threatens several rural gravel roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10 AM CDT Sunday the stage was near 22 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to crest around 22 feet today. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
