Northeastern Springfield, Marshfield, Rogersville, Strafford, Fair Grove, Fordland, Pleasant Hope, Niangua, Elkland, Glidewell, Ebenezer, Bassville, Northview, and Olive. This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 78 and 106.
