Northeastern St. Lawrence County in northern New York... * WHEN...Until 230 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 116 AM EDT, the public reported slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mooers Village, Malone Village, Burke Village, Chateaugay Village, Brushton, Massena International Airport - Richards Field, Massena Village, Constable, Burke, Westville, Malone, Bangor, Chateaugay, Fort Covington, Bellmont, Moira, Bombay, Clinton, Ellenburg and Brasher. - http://www.weather.gov
