* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following counties, Defiance, Henry and Paulding. * WHEN...Until 1215 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 901 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Recent heavy rainfall over the past 24 hours will also increase the potential for minor flooding due to a greater amount of runoff from this morning's rainfall. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Defiance, Napoleon, Ney, Florida, Brunersburg, Arthur, Jewell, Ayersville, The Bend, Standley, Okolona and Mark Center. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
