HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines. Locations impacted include... Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, New Boston, Vanceburg, South Webster, Head of Grassy, Rosemount, Clarktown, Camp Dix, Lucasville, Sciotodale, Saint Paul, Minford, Kinniconick, Charters, Friendship, Mcdermott, Petersville, Stricklett, and Rexton.
