Salamonie River below Warren affecting Jay, Huntington, Blackford, Wabash and Wells Counties. .Heavy rainfall has fell across portions of the Upper Wabash basin over the past 24 to 48 hours. Additional rainfall is expected. For the Mississinewa River...including Marion...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Salamonie River...including Warren, Portland...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Salamonie River below Warren. * WHEN...From this afternoon to Friday evening. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The river reaches flood stage with minor flooding of low agricultural land and roads nearest the river.
