Salamonie River below Warren affecting Jay, Huntington, Blackford, Wabash and Wells Counties. .Heavy rainfall has fell across portions of the Upper Wabash basin over the past 24 to 48 hours. Additional rainfall is expected. For the Mississinewa River...including Marion...Minor flooding is forecast.
