Residential areas in the subdivisions of Sandy Hallow, Los Dos Palomas, Los Escondido, and along the Oak Lane in Rio Encinos will have at least a few feet of water. Livestock in the flood plain are cut off possibly for weeks and could drown. These conditions could last for weeks.
