* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Berkeley County in southeastern South Carolina... Charleston County in southeastern South Carolina... Dorchester County in southeastern South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1002 PM EDT, emergency officials reported flooding ongoing across portions of the North Charleston area. Some homes and buildings remain flooded with particular concern in the neighborhoods near New Ryder Road. While no additional flooding is expected to occur overnight, it will likely take a good portion of the night for flood waters to recede. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... North Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Hanahan, I-26/I-526 Interchange, Naval Weapons Station C
