Before you write
Not getting alerts?
Most missed-alert reports come down to battery optimization killing the app in the background. Check Settings → Background Activity is set to unrestricted, and that notifications are enabled for StormCast in your Android settings. If that's already correct, report it.
Alert was late or never arrived?
Include your location and roughly when it happened.
Wrong river gauge reading?
Include the gauge name. Readings come from USGS and NWS — a wrong number is usually a federal sensor issue, but some gauges have no live sensor at all. Report it and I'll confirm which case it is.
Is there an iOS version?
Not yet — it's on the roadmap. There's a waitlist on the home page.
