  4.0 to 5.0 ft MHHW - Water begins to encroach into yards and under the elevated homes on the north side of Shell Belt Rd, with up to 3 ft of water. Shell Belt and Coden Belt Rds closed. Water begins to cover portions of Heron Bay Loop Rd along Heron Bay and may limit travel here. A few businesses on the waterfront in Bayou La Batre can have up to 6 in of water in them.

• 2.5 ft

  2.5 to 3.0 ft MHHW - Most portions of Shell belt and Coden Belt Rds become impassable due to flood waters.

• 2.1 ft

  2.1 to 2.5 ft MHHW - High water impacts significant portions of Shell Belt and Coden Belt Rds, with limited travel and some full closures.

• 2 ft

  Water begins to cover portions of Shell Belt and Coden Belt Rds. Roads may have some debris on them, but usually remain open.

• 1 ft

  1.0 to 2.0 ft MHHW - Some splash up onto Shell Belt and Coden Belt Rds can occur. Roads usually remain open.
