Corresponds to a flow of 1800 cfs which is the FEMA 1 percent flood. Widespread flood impacts within the FEMA 1 percent floodway. Approximately 15 residential structures, one mobil home parkm and one business impacted by flood waters. Numerous channel breakouts expected along Weekes Wash and down Palm Wash. Several bridge crossings at damger of being overtopped. Low water crossings along Weekes Wash impassible.

Roadway near ALERT stream gage at Apache trail Highway 88 came close to overtopping roadway. Water begins to surround one or more homes in Apache Junction closest to Weekes Wash.
