Major Flood Stage. (Stage of 25.5 for co-located County ALERT stream gage.) Major flood inundation in town; travel along local roadways likely impossible and very dangerous. Major damage to local businesses and homes. Water is above guard rail on Lagunitas Road bridge.
Moderate Flood Stage. (Stage of 22.5 for co-located County ALERT stream gage.) Lagunitas Road bridge is overtopped, and 1 to several feet of flood waters inundate local businesses, residences, and roadways.
Minor Flood Stage. (Stage of 19.5 feet for co-located County ALERT stream gage.) Backwatering begins at Lagunitas Road bridge, with minor flooding near Town Hall and Fire Station. NWS will issue a Flash Flood Warning if not yet already issued.
Monitor Stage. (Stage of 17.5 for co-located County ALERT stream gage.) Water level is 2 feet below Lagunitas Road bridge soffit, and less than 2 feet below local storm drain inlets on adjacent roads and parking lots. NWS will issue a Flash Flood Watch if not yet already issued.
