  Major Flooding: Spills near Portland Avenue occur on the east bank that moves eastward over Miramonte School. The Permanente Diversion spill near Blach School continues to move further north of Cuesta Dr.

  Moderate Flooding: Permanente Diversion Channel may start spilling, inundating Blach School and a few properties to the south. Flooding extends north towards St. Francis High School and Cuesta Park, bounded by Grant Rd to the east.

• 7.5 ft

  Minor Flooding: Area near Blach school is at risk of flooding. High flows with heavy debris might cause localized blockages to cause overtopping of banks/floodwalls.
