Industrial Road flooded and should be closed.

Moderate Flood Stage. NWS issues a Flash Flood Warning if not already issued.
City of Petaluma City Manager notified.
City of Petaluma notifies Fire Chief, Watch Commander, and Water Resources and Conservation Director. City evaluates need to open Emergency Operations Center.
Minor Flood Stage. Water begins to cross New Path to rain gage and begins inundating parking lot behind commercial buildings. NWS will issue an urban/small stream advisory if not already issued.
Action Stage. NWS and City of Petaluma begins to monitoring situation closely.
