Moderate Flood Stage. Backwatering of the Highway 1 bridge over Redwood Creek begins, and Banducci Road starts flooding. Backwatering may cause overflow onto Highway 1. Travel may be difficult and hazardous.

Minor Flood Stage. Properties on left bank side (north side) of creek begin to flood downstream of the Shoreline Highway (Highway 1) bridge over Redwood Creek at gaging site. NWS will issue a Flash Flood Warning if not yet already issued.
