  Minor Flood Stage. Culvert beneath Arroyo Avenue full and likely backwatered upstream. Possible overflow onto Arroyo Avenue, and other localized areas of flooding from creek water may be occurring. NWS will issue a Flash Flood Warning if not yet already issued.

• 5.3 ft

  Action Stage. Arroyo Avenue drain outfalls into Sleepy Hollow Creek backwatered. Street flooding from storm drains possible. NWS will issue a Flash Flood Watch if not yet already issued.
