  Some homes north of 26th Ave E on the west side of the river begin to flood as the streets also begin to flood in this area. Water approaching homes along 51st St E. Water overtopping Ward Lake Weir.

  Water surrounds some homes along the river north of 26th Ave E on the west side. Water approaches the top of the weir at Ward Lake.

  Some docks and backyards begin to flood north of 44th Ave E. Water backs up adjacent creeks and canals, causing them to go out of bank.

  River out of bank. Islands in the center of the river begin to flood. Water begins to approach some docks along the shoreline.
