  Minor Flooding - 1.7 feet above MHHW - Flooding of low lying areas, parks, campgrounds and normally flood prone roadways is likely. Boat ramps...docks and low lying farmland along Deep Creek...the St. Johns River and other inland waterways will become flooded.

  Action Stage - 1.2 feet above MHHW - Minor Flooding possible in low lying areas along Deep Creek and Federal Point. Should water levels continue rising...preparations to protect property should begin.
