  Homes along Sleepy Bay Blvd begin to flood. Widespread flooding along Topaz Circle, Pearl Court, Moonstone Drive, and Turquoise Drive. Water approaches the travel lanes of SR 87 south of the river.

  SR 87 begins to flood from Holley Point Road to Five Forks Road.

  Homes along the south shore of East Bay from Augustus Road to Pirates Way begin to flood. Water approaches the travel lanes of SR 87 between Holley Point Road and Five Forks Road. Many homes on Avenida de Galvez flood west of the transmission lines.

  Many homes on Wells Avenue begin to flood. Some homes on Topaz Circle, Pearl Court, and Turquoise Drive begin to flood. Homes along and south of Holley Point Road eastward along SR 87 begin to flood.

  Gordon Evans Road begins to flood, cutting off access to Santa Clara Drive residents.
