Water approaches the base of the US-98 bridge. Water expands across Old Plank Road and approaches the restaurant just west of the US-98 and Old Plank intersection as well as flooding a portion of US-98 on the west side of the river.

Water inundates homes along Old Plank Road with 3 to 4 ft depth in non-elevated structures. Water crosses Old Plank Road in several places.

Water floods up to 2 feet deep in several residences along Old Plank Road just north of the bridge.
