  (or 15.8 ft MSL) 10 to 14 feet of water overtopping Key. Many homes likely washed off their foundation.

• 8 ft

  (or 9.8 ft MSL) Numerous homes with 4 to 6 feet of water inside. Businesses near 2nd street and C street have 1 to 3 feet of water inside. Parts of Highway 24 under 4 feet of moving water with damaging wave action.

• 6.2 ft

  (or 8 ft MSL) Half of the Key is under water. Two feet of water on 2nd street in downtown. Airport runway flooded. Parts of Highway 24 under 2 feet of moving water. Numerous homes with 2 to 4 feet of water inside with damaging wave action.

• 5.2 ft

  (or 7 ft MSL) Dock Street and downtown roads begin to flood.

• 4 ft

  (or 5.8 ft MSL) Parts of Highway 24 leading to the key flood. Water comes up to or floods many low lying coastal homes with up to 1 foot of water inside.

• 3 ft

  (or 4.8 ft MSL) 12 homes and businesses begin to flood in low lying areas.

• 2.2 ft

  (or 4 ft MSL) A few inches of water on low lying roads, water near a few homes and businesses.

• 1.5 ft

  (or 3.3 ft MSL) Water on the side of low lying roads.
