Flooding covers Fort Pickens Road and most of Highway 399 through the Gulf Islands National Seashore significantly enough that the road is impassable and closed, and often damaged.
Portions of Gulf Blvd on the west end of Navarre Beach becomes flooded. Several roads in low lying portions of Escambia County can be closed due to minor flooding.
Significant amount of water across portions of Highway 399 through the Gulf Island National Seashore, particularly between Fort Pickens and Opal Beach.
2.0 - 3.- ft MHHW - A significant amount of water can cover much of Fort Pickens Road.
1.0 - 2.0 ft MHHW - Significant wave runup and over-wash occurs on beaches, particularly along the coast between For Pickens and Navarre in the Gulf Island National Seashore area. Over-wash and runup through the dunes can result in some minor impacts on Fort Pickens Road, although the road remains passable.
