Some structures along the beach near these dune breaks will flood. Extreme beach erosion due to wave action is expected.

Catastrophic flooding along the Bay County Coast and in Panama City Beach. US-98 floods near the Bay/Walton County line. Dune line breaks will lead to flooding of some structures immediately on the beach and approach Front Beach Road. Considerable erosion is likely due to wave action.
