Flooding of historic proportions in Shell Point and Live Oak Island. Water will be up to 9 ft deep in some areas. Further inland, homes south of US-98 near Wakulla Beach Road flood. Portions of US-98 east of Spring Creek Highway flood at this level.

Catastrophic flooding at Shell Point and Live Oak Island. Much of the area is flooded up to 6 feet deep. Any structures not elevated will suffer significant damage and possible destruction due to wave action.

Significant flooding at Shell Point and Live Oak Island. Access to the area becomes impossible. Water covers the area up to 3 feet deep in places. Structures not elevated suffer significant damage.

Much of Shell Point and Live Oak Island are flooded by water 1 to 2 feet deep. Structures not elevated flood at this level.

Water floods yards of homes in Shell Point. Structures not elevated are subject to flooding above this level. Shell Point Road begins to flood south of Kornegay Way, restricting access to the area.
