Considerable flooding in Vilano Beach and at the Northeast Florida Regional Airport. Much of Northern Vilano Beach floods with many roads impassable. Structures not elevated are flooded throughout much of the area. Water begins to flood onto the runways at Northeast Florida Regional Airport.

Flooding becomes more extensive throughout Vilano Beach. Several streets become impassable in northern Vilano Beach. Structure flooding increases north of 22nd street, especially with homes west of Myrtle Street.
