  Moderate Flood Stage (Considerable Damage Threat): Significant inundation of the basement of the vacant Red Minnow Restaurant is beginning. Significant inundation of Brickyard Rd, Horse Farm Rd, and Winns Mill Rd is ongoing.

  Minor Flood Stage continues (Base Damage Threat): Beaverdam Creek is flooding the lower-level parking lot and the basement of the vacant Red Minnow Restaurant with up to 12 inches of inundation. Significant flooding of Horse Farm Rd with inundation greater than 12-18 inches deep, is ongoing. Flooding of Beaverdam Rd and Winns Mill Rd is increasing with inundation approaching 12 inches deep.

  Minor Flood Stage (Base Damage Threat): Beaverdam Creek floodwaters may be approaching the basement of the vacant Red Minnow Restaurant. More significant inundation of Horse Farm Rd is beginning. Inundation of Brickyard Rd and Winns Mill Rd will begin as well, requiring closure.

  Action/Advisory Stage continues. Beaverdam Creek is flooding Horse Farm Rd with inundation of up to 12 inches likely. Floodwaters are approaching Brickyard Rd and Winns Mill Rd. with inundation imminent.

  Action/Advisory Flooding continues. Beaverdam Creek is inundating adjacent low-lying areas including farmland and boat access ramps. Floodwaters are impacting property adjacent to the vacant Red Minnow Restaurant on Brewers Bridge Rd, and are beginning to inundate portions of Horse Farm Rd, requiring closure.

  Action/Advisory Stage. Beaverdam Creek is exceeding its banks and flooding low-lying areas adjacent to the stream including near the vacated Red Minnow Restaurant on Brewers Bridge Rd and low-lying areas near the following gravel road crossings: Winns Mill Rd, Brickyard Rd, and Horse Farm Rd.
