The water will be up to 7 feet deep in the yards and flood outdoor storage sheds. The water will be around two feet deep over a portion of Millwood Way and begin to flood some driveways and a few homes. The road above the culvert will form an obstacle and act like a dam causing backwater and erosion eddies to the sides of the road.

• 14 ft

  Major flooding begins and expands further into the residential yards and woodlands upstream and downstream from the gage at Millwood Way. The water will be up to 6 feet deep in the yards and flood outdoor storage sheds. The water will be around one foot deep over a portion of Millwood Way and begin to flood some driveways and reach foundations of a few homes. The road above the culvert will form an obstacle and act like a dam causing backwater and erosion eddies to the sides of the road.

• 13 ft

  Significant flooding expands further into the residential yards and woodlands upstream and downstream from the stream gage at Millwood Way. The water will be up to 5 feet deep in portions of the yards and flood outdoor storage sheds. The water level will begin to cover a portion of Millwood Way. The road above the culvert will form an obstacle and act like a dam causing backwater and erosion eddies to the sides of the culvert and road.

• 12 ft

  Moderate flooding continues and expands further into the residential yards and woodlands upstream and downstream from the stream gage at Millwood Way. The water will be up to 4 feet deep in portions of the yards and affect outdoor storage sheds. The water level will exceed the top of the culvert under Millwood Way. This will cause some backwater and erosion eddies to the sides of the culvert and road.

• 11 ft

  Moderate flooding begins and expands further into the residential yards and woodlands upstream and downstream from the stream gage at Millwood Way. The water will be up to 3 feet deep in portions of the yards and affect outdoor storage sheds. The water level will reach the top of the culvert under Millwood Way.

• 10 ft

  Minor flooding continues and will expand into the residential yards and woodlands upstream and downstream from the stream gage at Millwood Way. The water will be 1 to 2 feet deep in portions of the yards.

• 9 ft

  Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding will occur in the residential yards and woodlands upstream and downstream from the stream gage at Millwood Way. The water will be around one foot deep in portions of the yards.

• 8 ft

  Bankfull conditions are reached upstream and downstream from the stream gage at Millwood Way. Water begins to flow into low portions of residential yards and woodlands along the creek.
