Major flooding begins. Widespread inundation flooding of the woodlands occur upstream and downstream from the gage at Helmer Road. Portions of the road will be flooded with a foot of water. The water level will reach the top of the bridge and it may become washed out. In Clayton County...several homes on Wicker Court...Bayridge Drive...Timberlake Drive and Timberlake Court will begin to flood. The flood waters may be up to a foot deep in some of the homes.
