The park and athletic fields will be completely flooded with up to 7 feet of water on the downstream and right bank side of the bridge. Some of the structures in the park will be flooded with 3 to 5 feet of water. Portions of Grove Road...Sewerage Plant Road and Georgia Highway 34 on the north side of Franklin will begin to flood.
