Flood waters will completely cover the large parking lot...picnic table pavilion...campground areas and the Lock and Dam Road from 2 to 6 feet deep. A home off of Blacks Bluff Road will be flooded one to two feet deep. The water level will be two feet deep in the USGS gage house with a loss of data transmission.
