Major flooding beings with widespread inundation of the woodlands and fields upstream and downstream from Old Atlanta Road. The water continues to hit the road bed above the concrete box culvert with a possible washout. Large portions of Cox Circle and the Saint Marlo Golf Course near the creek will be under 7 feet of water. Several homes on Colonial Place and Abingdon Lane will be flooded with up to two feet of water. The water reaches the bottom of the USGS gage house and may affect data transmission.
Significant flooding expands into the woodlands and fields upstream and downstream from the gage on Old Atlanta Road. The water level continues to hit the road bed above the concrete box culvert with erosion likely. Large portions of Cox Circle and the Saint Marlo Golf Course near the creek will be under 5 feet of water. Several homes will being to flood on Colonial Place and Abingdon Lane.
