Large portions of Cox Circle and the Saint Marlo Golf Course near the creek will be under 7 feet of water. Several homes on Colonial Place and Abingdon Lane will be flooded with up to two feet of water. The water reaches the bottom of the USGS gage house and may affect data transmission.
