Major flooding begins. Widespread inundation flooding occurs in the woodlands along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage just below Georgia Highway 54. Residential yards on Wynnmeade Parkway around Wynns Pond will be flooded up to 6 feet deep. The flood waters will be a few feet deep in several of the homes. The significant flow into Lake McIntosh causes large portions of the Planterra Ridge Golf Course to be flooded several feet deep.
