The intersection of Main Street and First Avenue in Scotland will be flooded with around three feet of water in four buildings...including the Post Office.

The bridge begins to form an obstacle and act like a dam causing some backwater and erosion eddies to the sides of the bridge. The bridge will likely be closed. The intersection of Main Street and First Avenue in Scotland will be flooded with around one foot of water in four buildings...including the Post Office.

  Widespread moderate flooding begins of the large flood plain and woodlands upstream and downstream from the gage on Georgia Highway 149. The water level reaches the bottom of the bridge and it may become closed. The intersection of Main Street and First Avenue in Scotland will begin to flood and the water level will reach the foundations of four buildings.
