Some buildings on The Westminster Schools campus will be flooded with up to two feet of water. This will be worse than the September 2009 flood.

Some homes on Nancy Creek Road...Albemarle Drive...Ridge Valley Court and Ridgewood Circle be flooded with up to 4 feet of water. Portions of West Wesley Road and Nancy Creek Road will be flooded with around 5 feet of water. The bridge will be closed. The Westminster Schools athletic fields will be flooded with up to 12 feet of water. The flood waters will begin to enter some buildings on the campus.

  Major flooding continues with widespread inundation upstream and downstream from the gage on West Wesley Road. Some homes on Nancy Creek Road...Albemarle Drive...Ridge Valley Court and Ridgewood Circle be flooded with up to two feet of water. Portions of West Wesley Road and Nancy Creek Road will be flooded with around 3 feet of water. The bridge will be closed. The Westminster Schools athletic fields and a portion of the campus upstream from the gage will be flooded with up to 10 feet of water.

  Major flooding begins with widespread inundation of the residential yards upstream and downstream from the gage on West Wesley Road. Some homes on Nancy Creek Road...Albemarle Drive...Ridge Valley Court and Ridgewood Circle begin to flood. Portions of West Wesley Road and Nancy Creek Road will be flooded with around one foot of water. The bridge will be closed. The Westminster Schools athletic fields and a portion of the campus upstream from the gage will be flooded with up to 8 feet of water.

  Significant flooding expands further into the residential yards along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on West Wesley Road. Flood waters reach the foundations of some homes on Nancy Creek Road...Albemarle Drive...Ridge Valley Court and Ridgewood Circle. Portions of West Wesley Road and Nancy Creek Road begin to flood and the bridge will likely be closed. The Westminster Schools athletic fields upstream from the gage will be flooded with up to 7 feet of water.

  Widespread significant flooding continues of residential yards and property along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on West Wesley Road. Flood waters will be approaching the foundations of some homes on Nancy Creek Road...Albemarle Drive...Ridge Valley Court and Ridgewood Circle. The water level hits the West Wesley Road bridge and county officials may close it. The Westminster Schools athletic fields upstream from the gage will be flooded with up to 5 feet of water.

  Moderate flooding begins. Widespread flooding of residential yards and property occurs along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on West Wesley Road. This includes Nancy Creek Road...Albemarle Drive...Ridge Valley Court and Ridgewood Circle. The water level is near the bottom of the bridge on West Wesley Road. Most of The Westminster Schools athletic fields upstream from the gage will be flooded with up to 4 feet of water.

  Minor flooding continues to expand further into the residential yards along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on West Wesley Road. This includes Nancy Creek Road...Albemarle Drive and Ridge Valley Court. Large portions of The Westminster Schools athletic fields upstream from the gage will be flooded with up to two feet of water.

  Flood Stage is reached. Minor flooding of residential yards occurs along the creek upstream and downstream from the gage on West Wesley Road. This includes Nancy Creek Road and Ridge Valley Court. Portions of The Westminster Schools athletic fields upstream from the gage will begin to flood.
