Record flooding never seen before will affect portions of Brownsville Road...Sweetwater Avenue and Powder Springs-Dallas Road. A catastropic and massive flood will top the bridge and impact numerous homes and infrastructure on the westside of Powder Springs. The water will be 5 feet deep in the Seven Springs Museum and some other nearby buildings. The concrete foot bridge and portions of the railroad tracks by the park will be flooded with up to 3 feet of water.

Record widespread inundation flooding affects portions of Brownsville Road...Sweetwater Avenue and Powder Springs-Dallas Road. The water level is close to topping the bridge. All of Powder Springs Park will be completely flooded. The water will be 3 feet deep in the Seven Springs Museum and some other nearby buildings. The concrete foot bridge and portions of the railroad tracks by the park will be flooded with water around one foot deep. This flooding will be similar to the September 2009 flood event.

The water will continue to hit the bridge causing erosion to the sides. All of Powder Springs Park will be flooded up to 10 feet deep. The water level will be two feet deep in the Seven Springs Museum and some other nearby buildings. The concrete foot bridge by the park will be flooded. The railroad tracks behind the museum will begin to flood.
