The water reaches the power meter on an EPA monitoring station on the upstream and rightbank of the river by the bridge. Portions of the Watson Mill Bridge State Park near the river around 5 miles upstream from the gage will be flooded. The water level will be hitting the bottom of the Historic Watson Mill Covered Bridge.

The water reaches the wood deck of an EPA monitoring station on the upstream and rightbank of the river by the bridge.
