Major flooding begins. Widespread inundation flooding occurs in the woodlands and residential yards along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on Springdale Road. The road will be flooded with around 3 feet of water and likely be washed out. Both of the Trinity Towers Retirement Community vistors parking lots will be flooded with up to 6 feet of water. The flood waters will reach the foundation of the Trinity Towers building.
Significant flooding continues to expand further into the woodlands and residential yards along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on Springdale Road. The road will be flooded with around one foot of water and erosion will be taking place to the sides of the box culvert under the road. Both of the Trinity Towers Retirement Community vistors parking lots will be flooded with up to 4 feet of water.
Moderate flooding begins and expands further into the woodlands and residential yards along the river upstream and downstream from the gage on Springdale Road. The road will begin to flood above the box culvert and erosion will be likley to the sides. The Trinity Towers Retirement Community vistors parking lot on the northside of the creek will be flooded with up to 3 feet of water.
Minor flooding will continue to expand in the woodlands and natural flood plain of the river upstream and downstream from the gage on Springdale Road. The water level will be hitting the road above the box culvert and cause erosion to the sides. The Trinity Towers Retirement Community vistors parking lot on the northside of the creek will be flooded with 1 to 2 feet of water.
Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding will occur in the woodlands and natural flood plain of the river upstream and downstream from the gage on Springdale Road. The water level will begin to hit the road above the box culvert and cause erosion to the sides. The Trinity Towers Retirement Community vistors parking lot on the northside of the creek will begin to flood.
Bankfull conditions are reached along the river upstream and downstream from the gage at Springdale Road. The water level will reach the top of the box culvert under the road.
