Legion Park will be flooded with up to 12 feet of water. Large portions of Garrett Road...Westside Road and Stovall Road will be covered with 8 to 10 feet of water affecting several homes and businesses. Other homes will be flooded on Owens Drive...Windy Lane...Pine Grove Drive...Camellia Drive and Ceylon Drive.
