Water several feet deep floods the Parks Industrial Boulevard and Cloud Springs Road intersection. Several structures in this area will be flooded. Major flooding also expands further downstream as it crosses the Tennessee border into the south East Ridge area. Extensive flooding of structures and roads can be expected.
