Major flooding begins with widespread inundation of woodlands...fields and roads near the creek upstream and downstream from the Georgia Highway 146 bridge. Water several feet deep floods the Parks Industrial Boulevard and Cloud Springs Road intersection. Several structures in this area will be flooded. Major flooding also expands further downstream as it crosses the Tennessee border into the south East Ridge area. Extensive flooding of structures and roads can be expected.
Moderate flooding begins with further expansion into the woodlands and fields upstream and downstream from the Georgia Highway 146 bridge. Water begins to flood portions of a parking lot...reaches the foundation of some structures...and begins to flood the Parks Industrial Boulevard and Cloud Springs Road intersection. Moderate flooding also expands further downstream as it crosses the Tennessee border into the south East Ridge area. Some flooding of structures and road closures can be expected.
