The athletic track and fields upstream will be flooded with up to 9 feet of water. Portions of the road will be flooded with up to 4 feet of water. Some erosion may occur to the road bed. Some of the condos in Westover Plantation and several of the businesses on Defoors Hills Road will be flooded with up to two feet of water. This flooding will be worse than September 2009.
