FLOODING WILL OCCUR IN THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF TOWN BETWEEN THE CANAL AND THE RIVER...INCLUDING THE AREAS NEAR ADAMS STREET AND LOCUST STREET AND PORTIONS OF RIVER AVENUE.
