Major flooding of farmland is likely. Water may cover a few county roads near the river. Low lying properties near the river around Shelley and Firth may be inundated with water.
Moderate lowland flooding will occur along the river.
Water will cover the end of Highline Road near the riverjust south of Firth. Some outbuildings at the end of Highline Road will have water in or around them and water may cover some driveways. Lowland flooding will occur adjacent to the river around Shelley downstream to near Rose.
