During Labor Day 2003...before this site was established...major flooding occurred at this estimated level or higher. Stafford Road was extensively flooded on both sides of the bridge...but the water was not flowing over the bridge. Other local roads near the creek west and south of Ronald Reagan Parkway were extensively flooded.
Flooding observed along portions of East Fork White Lick Creek June 11, 2009. The extent of flooding on agricultural fields was blocked by vegetation along the stream banks. There were not any local roads impacted by high water. The creek was full just north of Stafford Road. Flooding of low areas occurred west of West Perimeter Road.
