Using this as an indicator site...following a sharp 4 foot rise in less than 2 hours from heavy rains early May 1...2009 to this level...flooding of Tippecanoe CR 1075 S near US 52 and portions of SR 28 between US 52 and US 231 occurred. Heavy rain must be occurring in all of southern Tippecanoe County for this to be possible.
